Lubricate doors and windows to ensure proper operation.
Service Exhaust Fans
Service exhaust fans in bathrooms and kitchens to ensure quiet and efficient operation.
Service Sink Drains
Service drains in kitchens and bathrooms to ensure proper operation.
Light Bulbs
Change light bulbs throughout the property, as needed. Specialty light bulbs may incur and additional fee.

How much does a Home Maintenance membership cost?Memberships cost $399/year with the option of paying in full or paying monthly.

What's included in my membership?Your membership includes two home assessments per year and an updated report after each assessment. We will help you track the health of the subsystems that make up your home. Additionally, the following services are included with your membership: Furnace Filter: Change or clean filter Doors & Windows: Lubricate and/or adjust Dryer Vent: Clean/vacuum dryer vent Fire Extinguishers: Check pressure, look for physical damage, clean Light Bulbs: Check lightbulbs and replace as necessary Smoke & CO2 Detectors: Replace batteries and test Dishwasher: Clean dishwasher filter Exhaust Fans: Clean kitchen and bathroom exhaust fans Garbage Disposal: Clean and sanitize Drains: Check and clean drains at kitchen and bathroom sinks

What happens after I signup?Once you complete your signup you will be contacted by your Home Manager. They will work with you to set up the date and time for your first Home Assessment.

How soon after I sign up do I get my first service?After signup, your Home Manager will contact you and you will be scheduled for the first assessment. The normal scheduling window is within 2 - 3 weeks or as your schedule allows.

How many times will you visit my home?We will visit your home, a minimum of 2 times per year, or every six months. These will be your normal home assessments that come with your plan.

How do I get service On-Demand?Contact your Home Manager to arrange a service. This can be done by phone, email, or through your client portal.

How much do the on demand services cost?We provide you with a flat rate of $99/hour for all labor. We think this takes the guesswork out of getting service. Parts & Materials cost extra if the work falls outside of your included maintenance plan.

Are parts and materials included?Materials such as filters, batteries, and other standard items related to servicing the major systems and covered appliances are included under the preventative maintenance plans. Parts and materials for handyman projects or other emergency issues that may arise are not covered.

What should I expect during my first appointment?During your first appointment, your technician will perform a thorough home checkup, evaluating all of your major systems, document all your appliances, and perform any other routine maintenance possible to be completed during that visit. The appointment generally takes 2 to 3 hours depending on the size of your home.
